I arrived in Boston late evening on Monday, July 2. The next day Tara took me and the kids to see the minuteman museum and go for a bike ride where Paul Revere made his famous midnight ride. We got to watch a very informative video about the patriots and the British regulars at the museum and then we left the museum and jumped on our bikes.

This guy gave a gun shooting demo and talked about the guns at that time period.
We then went and got some CHEESE!
Here is all the cheese. It was glorious. I probably sampled half of these.
Then we went to the bridge where the revolutionary war started and where the "shot that was heard around the world" was. We had a picnic and ate some sandwiches, cheese, and strawberries. It was so yummy! Anna is so adorable by the way.

Later that day we went and saw the USS Constitution and also a few other ships.
