German Hof Fest

This is the 3rd (or 4th - we can't remember) year that we have gone to the German Hof Fest at the Golden Spike Arena in Ogden. This year, our amazing friends (and matchmakers) Nick and Emilie (and little Cole!) came with us. We had a fine time eating authentic German cuisine and listening to polka music.

We first had to meet and get a photo with the mare with a mustache.

Then we went to the fest. Preston and I in line and in love. Nick posing with his bun.

Getting rot col and spaetzle. OH yummmm.

There were plenty of people with laderhosen there. It was great.

Oh and the polka music. Can't forget the polka.

Preston and Cole had a little cuddle time when we got back to the apartment. Preston introduced the Orton's to Duck Dynasty and they certainly got their fill.
